Sauti Audio (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through sautiaudio.com and our products, and what we do with it.

What we collect

Email signups. If you join a launch or product list, we store your email address and which list you joined. We use it only to email you about Sauti Audio products, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Purchases. Orders are processed by our reseller and merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy. They collect your name, email, billing address and payment details. We receive your name, email, country and order details so we can deliver your product and support you. We never see or store your full card details. See the Lemon Squeezy privacy policy.

Support emails. If you email us, we keep the conversation so we can help you.

Website. This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Our host (Cloudflare) may log basic technical data such as IP addresses to keep the site secure and running.

Our plugins

Mix Notes works offline. Your notes are saved inside your DAW projects and on your own computer. They are never sent to us.

Sharing

We don't sell your personal data. We share it only with the services needed to run the business: our payment provider, email provider and web host, or where the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email [email protected]. If you're in the EU or UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
