Terms, licence & refunds

These terms cover buying and using Sauti Audio software, including Mix Notes. By buying or installing our software, you agree to them.
Who you're buying from
Our online store is run by Lemon Squeezy, which is the merchant of record for all orders. Lemon Squeezy handles payment, VAT and sales tax, and the Lemon Squeezy buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
Your licence
When you buy a Sauti Audio product, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use it on computers that you own or mainly use. You may use it for commercial music and audio work, with no royalties owed to us.
You may not resell, rent, share, or redistribute the software or your licence. You also may not reverse-engineer, modify or remove any copyright notices from it, except where the law allows.
Updates
Updates within the same major version (for example, all of Mix Notes V.1) are free. New major versions may be offered as a paid upgrade.
Refunds
Because software can't be returned once it's been downloaded, all sales are final. Please check the system requirements and try any available demo before you buy. We'll still refund you in full if:
- you were charged twice or bought the same product by mistake;
- the product doesn't work on a supported system and we can't fix the problem within 14 days of you reporting it.
To ask for a refund, email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase with your order number. After a refund, your licence ends and you must delete the software. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
Customers in the EU and UK: at checkout you agree to receive the software straight away and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the download starts.
Warranty & liability
We test our software carefully, but it is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind beyond those required by law. To the extent the law allows, Sauti Audio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost projects or data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Always back up your sessions.

Sauti Audio™, Mix Notes and the Sauti Audio logo are trademarks of Sauti Audio. VST is a trademark of Steinberg Media Technologies GmbH. AAX and Pro Tools are trademarks of Avid Technology, Inc. Audio Units and Logic Pro are trademarks of Apple Inc. Other names belong to their respective owners.
